Choose the realme 16 if you prioritize an AMOLED panel. Choose the OnePlus if you want the larger listed display and higher refresh rate: its 6.72-inch LCD is rated at 144 Hz, compared with the realme’s 6.57-inch 120 Hz Flexible AMOLED. The difference is a trade-off between panel type and size/refresh rate, rather than a universal screen-quality verdict.

Which camera is better?
Both phones are listed with a 50 MP primary rear camera. The realme 16 has the higher-resolution front camera on paper—50 MP versus 8 MP on the OnePlus—but megapixel count alone does not establish which phone takes better selfies. Look for sample photos and reviews of the exact regional version if camera quality is a deciding factor.
Battery life and charging
Both models are listed with 7,000 mAh batteries. In 91mobiles’ reported PCMark battery test, the OnePlus result was 17 hours 4 minutes and the realme result was 14 hours 38 minutes. Treat those as results from that test, not predictions of everyday runtime; real battery life depends on settings, network conditions, software, and use.

Performance and storage
The 91mobiles comparison reports higher performance benchmark figures for the OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite, but those third-party values should not be treated as a controlled direct test unless the methodology is verified. They are a useful point of reference, not a guarantee that every app or game will run faster in normal use.

Both phones are listed in 128 GB and 256 GB configurations. The comparison lists UFS 3.1 storage for OnePlus and UFS 2.2 for realme. If you are comparing prices, match storage and RAM as well as the seller and any offer conditions; otherwise the price difference may not be like for like.
Price difference: check live local listings
When 91mobiles’ comparison page was accessed in 2026, it displayed Amazon prices of ₹36,490 for the realme 16 and ₹28,999 for the OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite 5G. These are volatile third-party listing snapshots, not verified current checkout prices, and should not be read as a lasting price gap. Check current listings in your market and compare the same RAM and storage configuration, seller, and offer terms.

Regional versions and OnePlus claims
The OnePlus product page is specific to India. Its launch-positioning statement places the phone in the ₹20,000–₹25,000 segment based on data as of 7 May 2026; this describes its launch context, not today’s price. OnePlus also says the phone was tested to MIL-STD-810H standards. That is a manufacturer statement, not an independent durability assessment. OnePlus qualifies numerical claims as theoretical results from controlled test environments and notes that actual performance can vary with conditions and software.

realme’s global specifications page lists multiple network-band variants. It says network function depends on carrier deployment, NFC support varies by region, and operating-system information is for reference.
