For India-market buyers, the iQOO Z11 5G is the stronger fit if you want a larger, sharper 144 Hz display, an OIS-equipped main camera and an ultrawide camera. The realme 16 5G is the more compact choice and lists faster 60 W charging. A 91mobiles price snapshot puts the iQOO ₹1,491 below the realme, but another iQOO listing shows why you should compare the exact variant and live offer before buying.
realme 16 vs iQOO Z11: key specifications

Which phone has the better display?
On listed display specifications, the iQOO Z11 has the advantage in size, resolution tier and refresh rate: its 6.83-inch curved AMOLED is listed as 1.5K and 144 Hz. The realme 16 has a 6.57-inch flexible AMOLED at 1080 × 2372 and up to 120 Hz, making it the more compact option.

Those numbers establish the format and refresh-rate differences, not which screen looks brighter or more accurate. No controlled side-by-side display measurements are available here.
Performance: what the chip names do and do not tell you
The realme uses a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Turbo, while the iQOO uses a Dimensity 7500. The iQOO is the higher-tier proposition based on the listed chip names, but there is no controlled head-to-head benchmark in the available evidence. Treat the chipset comparison as a specification distinction, not proof of a particular gaming frame rate or day-to-day speed advantage.

Camera differences
The rear-camera hardware differs more in versatility than in headline main-camera resolution. The iQOO lists a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8 MP ultrawide. The realme lists a 50 MP main camera plus a 2 MP monochrome camera. OIS can help stabilize the main camera, and an ultrawide offers a wider framing option, but those hardware features alone do not establish which phone takes better photos.

Battery capacity and charging
iQOO lists a 7050 mAh typical battery, slightly above realme’s 7000 mAh typical figure. Realme lists 60 W charging, compared with iQOO’s 44 W FlashCharge. Capacity and charging wattage are not the same as measured battery endurance or time to recharge; standardized comparative runtime and charge-time results are not available.
What is the price difference?
A 91mobiles comparison listing crawled in October 2026 showed the realme 16 at ₹36,490 and the iQOO Z11 5G at ₹34,999, both labelled as available from Amazon. In that snapshot, the iQOO was ₹1,491 cheaper. These are retailer-price observations, not fixed prices, and the listings may not represent identical RAM/storage configurations or the same bank and exchange offers. There is a notable difference between that comparison snapshot and the official store result: the iQOO Official E-Store listing showed ₹39,999 for an 8GB+128GB Celestial Blue model when crawled approximately three weeks before October 7, 2026. Choose the iQOO Z11 if these matter most
- A larger, higher-resolution, faster-refresh display.
- Optical image stabilization on the listed main camera.
- An ultrawide rear camera for wider framing.
- A slightly higher stated typical battery capacity.
Choose the realme 16 if these matter most
- A more compact display size.
- Higher listed charging wattage.
- A 50 MP front-camera specification rather than the iQOO’s 32 MP figure, while recognizing that pixel count does not determine overall image quality.
Before deciding, compare the same RAM and storage tier and calculate the final price after any bank or exchange discount. Also check the current regional SKU, warranty and update policy: the cited specifications and price listings do not establish a like-for-like software-support commitment for both phones.
