The realme 16 Pro 5G has the stronger specification sheet for display refresh rate, main-camera resolution and storage speed. The OPPO F33 Pro 5G adds an autofocus selfie camera with a wide field of view and support for a storage card. Both list a 7,000mAh typical battery and charging up to 80W. Which is the better buy depends on those trade-offs and the current price of the same storage configuration—not launch prices from different dates and sources.

Which phone has the better display?
The realme 16 Pro lists the larger screen, higher resolution and higher maximum refresh rate: 6.78 inches, 1272 × 2772 pixels and up to 144Hz. The OPPO F33 Pro lists a 6.57-inch, 1080 × 2372 AMOLED screen with adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz. On paper, realme is the pick if you want the larger, sharper panel or the higher listed refresh-rate ceiling. A higher refresh rate is a specification, not a guarantee that every app or task will use it.

How do their cameras compare?
Rear cameras
The realme pairs a 200MP main camera with 2-axis optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. OPPO lists a 50MP main camera and a 2MP monochrome camera. The realme’s listed hardware gives you a dedicated ultra-wide option and a much higher-resolution main sensor; OPPO’s secondary camera is monochrome rather than ultra-wide.
Megapixel counts and camera specifications alone do not establish which phone takes better photos. The available specifications do not provide comparative image-quality testing.

Selfie cameras
Both phones list 50MP front cameras. OPPO specifies autofocus and a 100° field of view, details that may matter if you want a wider selfie frame or autofocus for group shots. The realme specification lists f/2.4; OPPO lists f/2.0. These figures describe the listed hardware, not a measured low-light or selfie-quality advantage.
Which has the faster chipset and more flexible storage?
realme lists a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max 5G chipset and UFS 3.1 storage. OPPO lists a Dimensity 6360 MAX and UFS 2.2. Those platform and storage standards make the realme look stronger on paper, but the specifications do not quantify everyday performance or establish a benchmark difference.

The storage choice could decide the purchase more directly. The realme comes in a listed 12GB/256GB option, but has no card slot. OPPO lists 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB versions and supports a storage card. If expandable storage matters, check the exact regional model and card compatibility before buying.
Battery and charging: a listed tie
Both manufacturers list 7,000mAh typical capacity (6,830mAh rated) and charging up to 80W. realme calls its charging system Ultra Charge; OPPO calls it SUPERVOOC. The matching capacity and maximum wattage do not show which phone lasts longer or charges faster in use; the cited specifications do not include comparative battery or charging tests. Check the exact offer for charger compatibility and whether a charger is included in the box.
