Choose the realme 15T for AMOLED and faster listed charging
The realme 15T is the more compact-screen option in this pair, with a 6.57-inch AMOLED panel and a listed 60 W charging rate. Its India configurations start at 8 GB RAM, while the vivo T5x is also listed with 6 GB RAM. The front camera is listed at 50 MP, compared with 32 MP on the vivo. These specifications describe hardware; they do not establish which screen, selfie camera, or charging experience is better in use.

Choose the vivo T5x for a larger screen and higher nominal battery capacity
The vivo T5x has the larger 6.76-inch display and the higher stated battery capacity, 7200 mAh versus the realme 15T’s 7000 mAh typical capacity. It also lists a Dimensity 7400-Turbo chipset, compared with the realme’s Dimensity 6400 Max. Chipset names and battery capacities alone do not prove better real-world performance or longer battery life; a controlled comparison would be needed for those conclusions.
AMOLED vs LCD: how the displays differ
Both phones list a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The realme 15T uses AMOLED and has a 6.57-inch display; the vivo T5x uses LCD and has a 6.76-inch display. That gives the vivo the larger screen and the realme the AMOLED panel, but resolution and panel category alone cannot establish which looks better. Brightness, colour tuning, reflections and viewing preferences also affect the experience.

Battery capacity and charging: what the numbers mean
The vivo T5x lists a 7200 mAh battery, while realme specifies 7000 mAh typical capacity and 6830 mAh minimum capacity for the 15T. realme lists 60 W charging and vivo lists 44 W. Capacity and charging wattage are not direct measures of actual screen-on time or a full charge duration; those depend on factors such as usage, charger, temperature and software. No matched test figures are established here, so there is no evidence-based battery-life or charging-speed winner.

Performance, memory and storage
The manufacturer pages list a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Max 5G for realme and a Dimensity 7400-Turbo for vivo. realme lists 8 GB or 12 GB RAM, while vivo lists 6 GB or 8 GB; both list 128 GB or 256 GB storage. A higher chipset model number or additional RAM does not by itself guarantee a faster experience across apps and workloads. Choose the memory and storage variant you need, and look for independent testing if gaming or sustained performance is decisive.

Camera hardware: megapixels are not a photo-quality verdict
The realme 15T lists 50 MP front and main rear cameras, plus a 2 MP monochrome portrait camera. The vivo T5x lists a 50 MP main rear camera, a 2 MP bokeh camera and a 32 MP front camera. These specifications do not establish which phone takes better photos or video: sensor behaviour, lenses, image processing and shooting conditions matter, and the listed figures are not substitutes for matched samples.

The official vivo India store listing checked for this comparison showed ₹27,999 for the T5x 6 GB+128 GB configuration. The official realme specifications page does not provide a comparable current price, so the available evidence does not establish a verified price difference between like-for-like offers. Check the same RAM and storage tier, seller and offer conditions on the same date before deciding which is cheaper; a price for one configuration should not be compared with a different one.
