Ramco Systems says its wholly owned subsidiary, Ramco Systems FZ-LLC, has partnered with Altron to offer Ramco Payce payroll software to enterprise customers in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The announcement, dated October 5, 2026, assigns implementation and frontline customer support to Altron, while Ramco supplies the software, cloud hosting and advanced technical support.
What the partnership covers
The agreement is between Ramco Systems FZ-LLC and Altron, operating through Altron Middle East Technologies LLC and Altron Alarabia Company Limited. Although the headline describes the customers as being in West Asia, Ramco’s announcement names only the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as markets for the offer. It is aimed at enterprise customers, not individual payroll users.
Ramco describes Payce as serving “500+ customers worldwide” and providing global payroll coverage across “150+ countries.” Both are figures reported by the vendor in its announcement, not independently verified customer or coverage counts. Ramco Systems’ October 5, 2026 announcement

Local payroll requirements and data residency
Altron Managing Director Craig Cocker cited UAE WPS and Saudi GOSI and Mudad as examples of local payroll requirements the service must address. He said: “Payroll is where workforce data becomes money in people’s accounts, so it has to be accurate and compliant every cycle, whether that’s WPS in the UAE or GOSI and Mudad in Saudi Arabia.” This is the company’s description of the requirements, not independent confirmation that Payce has been verified against regulators or current rules.
#1 Best Overall
Ramco says the arrangement includes Saudi data-residency options for customers who require them. The announcement does not explain the hosting architecture, what data the options cover, or the contractual conditions for selecting them.

Ramco’s announcement confirms the companies’ stated roles and target markets, but it does not provide contract duration, pricing, a rollout schedule or evidence of customer uptake. It also does not detail the technical data-residency arrangements or independently establish regulatory compliance. Enterprise buyers will need those specifics from the companies before assessing implementation, costs or suitability for their payroll obligations.
