In the launch video reported by India Today/PTI, Gandhi said submissions would be brought together on one map, and that the team would be in touch. He described the purpose this way: “And we want to help organise these protests, put them together on one map, and work together with you to see if we can help you resolve what you’re fighting for.”

Gandhi said he would try to stand with participants through Parliament, public action, letters, or other means. In his launch post, as reported by India Today/PTI, he said: “And I will do whatever I can – in Parliament, on the streets, through letters, wherever I am needed – to stand with you. As the Leader of the Opposition, that is my responsibility.” This is a stated commitment to try to help, not evidence of interventions already made.

His launch video also described the purpose as resisting injustice: “As the leader of the opposition, it’s important for me to help people resist where truth is being crushed.” The announcement does not promise legal representation or establish that the platform provides legal help.

- what privacy or data-retention rules apply to submitted information;
- how entries are moderated, verified, or selected for attention;
- whether submissions receive a response or what support any movement may receive; or
- how many people have enrolled or what outcomes the initiative has produced.
The Indian National Congress announcement and contemporaneous coverage establish what was launched and what Gandhi said he hoped to do; they do not settle those operational questions.
