Choose Pulsetto Lite if you want a wearable, hands-free neck device with guided app programs; choose Truvaga Plus if you prefer a handheld device and a shorter session. The comparison does not establish that either device delivers better clinical results. Price, comfort, app access and fit with your routine are more useful decision points.

Which device fits your routine?

Choose Pulsetto Lite for hands-free use and guided programs

Pulsetto Lite is worn around the neck, so you do not need to hold it in place during a session. Its app and programs are the better match if you want guided options rather than a single short routine. Wareable reported four-minute sessions and described the hands-free design as comfortable during its review; that comfort assessment reflects the reviewer’s experience, not proof of health benefits.

Choose Truvaga Plus for a short handheld session

Truvaga Plus is held against the neck for a two-minute session. Its free app is required to operate the device and manage intensity. Truvaga says the app is available only in US app stores, recommends iOS 18 or later and Android 8 or later, and warns that some Android and Pixel compatibility issues may occur. Confirm that the app is available for your account and phone before purchasing.

Consider Truvaga 350 if upfront price and session count matter

The Truvaga 350 is a separate model, not the Plus used in Wareable’s direct comparison. Truvaga’s shop listed it for $325 as accessed October 7, 2026. The manufacturer says it is not rechargeable and includes 350 sessions; it recommends two sessions daily, which it describes as approximately six months of use. Compare that finite session supply with the rechargeable Plus, which Truvaga says is designed for unlimited use for at least three years and 30,000 sessions when used as recommended. Both lifespan statements come from the manufacturer.

What will each one cost over time?

Wareable reported no subscription for either device. That does not mean the routine has no ongoing cost: Truvaga lists six-packs of Signaspray and Signagel at $45 each in its shop, as accessed October 7, 2026, and says both work with the 350 and Plus. The sources do not establish how often a user needs to replace these supplies, so the listed pack price cannot be turned into a reliable monthly or lifetime cost.

For Pulsetto, treat $278 as Wareable’s June 15, 2026 reported price—not as a verified current official price. Check the seller’s current price, return terms and warranty before ordering. For either device, compare the final checkout total and any consumables you expect to use rather than relying on an old headline price.

Do the devices have proven benefits?

Both are consumer neck-stimulation devices intended to stimulate the vagus nerve, but a shared broad mechanism does not show that they produce the same outcomes—or that one works better. The comparison available here does not establish superior clinical effects for either device. Treat claims involving stress, anxiety, sleep, burnout, pain or recovery as wellness claims, not guaranteed results or a substitute for medical care.

Truvaga’s product page reports that 94% felt happier and calmer, 85% felt less stressed and 74% reported improved sleep. These are manufacturer-reported percentages; the page does not establish the survey sample, method or publication year. They should not be read as independent trial results. Truvaga also labels its products general wellness products not evaluated by the US FDA for that use; do not interpret that description as FDA clearance for the wellness claims.

A TU Delft repository thesis describes Pulsetto as a wearable, non-invasive cervical stimulator that sends impulses through the skin of the neck. It lists five settings—stress, anxiety, sleep, burnout and pain—with distinct signal parameters. The thesis states that clinical evidence for the marketed effects was lacking at the time of its assessment. Its publication year is not established on the repository content cited here, so that statement should be understood as time-bounded rather than proof that no later evidence exists.

Safety and practical checks before buying

  • Check implant-related cautions. Truvaga says its devices are for the neck only and are not intended for people with an active implantable medical device, including a pacemaker or hearing-aid implant. Review each device’s current instructions and ask a clinician if you have an implanted device or relevant health concern.
  • Understand the limits of the side-effect figure. Truvaga’s FAQ says fewer than 5% of participants in clinical studies experienced mild side effects, including application-site discomfort or redness, muscle twitching, localized face, head or neck pain, mild headache or mild dizziness. The FAQ excerpt does not provide the study year or sample details. This is a company-reported figure, not a comparison with Pulsetto.
  • Check phone and regional access. Truvaga says its app is available in US app stores only and notes possible Android and Pixel compatibility issues. Verify app availability and device compatibility in your region before purchase.
  • Review the actual return policy. Wareable reported a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pulsetto Lite. Confirm the seller’s current terms, including any conditions, and check Truvaga’s current return policy rather than assuming it matches.
  • Use the product only as directed. Follow the current manual for placement, conductive supplies and session frequency. Truvaga says its Plus requires conductive spray; do not assume the same routine applies to both brands.

How to make the choice

  1. Decide how you want to use it. Pick Pulsetto Lite if you want to wear a device hands-free; pick Truvaga Plus if holding a device for a brief session suits you.
  2. Check the interface and access. Consider whether Pulsetto’s guided programs appeal to you, and verify Truvaga’s required app is available and compatible with your phone.
  3. Compare current total costs. Verify Pulsetto’s current seller price, Truvaga’s current model price, and the cost of any conductive supplies. If considering the Truvaga 350, account for its 350-session limit.
  4. Set expectations around outcomes. Neither product should be chosen on the assumption that it will treat a condition or outperform the other; the cited material does not establish that.
  5. Check safety and purchase terms. Read the current instructions, consider any implant or health-related cautions, and confirm the return terms before committing.
