The same report gave February 28, 2026, as the date by which the trip had to be used. That deadline has passed.
How did you enter?
The main promotional route involved subscribing to an eligible Public Mobile Canada-US-Mexico 5G plan. The available report says the general contest period ended April 8, 2025. It also reports that existing customers who received an SMS invitation had an earlier March 18 deadline.
For entries sent by mail, the report gave an arrival deadline of April 18, 2025, and described the required essay as a handwritten 500–600 words explaining why the entrant wanted to visit Mexico.
Was there a no-purchase entry option?
Yes. The reported handwritten-essay mail-in route did not require a purchase. A Public Mobile Community discussion dated March 24, 2025 reproduces selected terms saying essays had to be handwritten and entrants had to be Canadian residents aged 18 or older.
