These are historical Cyber Monday 2025 examples, not live 2026 offers. Sony’s 2025 promotion began November 21, 2025, and its official US sale page now says the event is over. The best-documented prices included PS5 bundles, accessory discounts and physical games as low as $29.99, but stock, pricing and sale dates must be checked with each retailer before buying.

Sony said its 2025 promotion covered PS5 consoles, accessories, games, PlayStation Store, PlayStation Gear and participating retailers. The company warned that offers and availability could differ by country and retailer, and that products could have different sale periods.

Cheap PS5 games reported for Cyber Monday 2025
The following US prices were reported by TechRadar on December 2, 2025. They describe retailer listings at that time, not today’s inventory or prices.
| PS5 game | Retailer and reported price | Reference price | Context |
|---|---|---|---|
| Astro Bot | Walmart — $39.97 | $69.99 | TechRadar described this as the lowest-ever price at that time. |
| EA Sports College Football 26 | Best Buy — $29.99 | $69.99 | Cyber Monday 2025 roundup example. |
| Madden NFL 26 | Best Buy — $29.99 | $69.99 | Cyber Monday 2025 roundup example. |
| NBA 2K26 | Target — $29.99 | $69.99 | TechRadar noted this was not a new lowest-ever price. |
| Silent Hill 2 | Amazon — $29.99 | $49.99 | Cyber Monday 2025 roundup example. |
“Lowest-ever” is meaningful only with a source and date. Astro Bot’s claim was tied to TechRadar’s December 2, 2025 report; it does not establish a permanent price floor.

How to judge a PS5 Cyber Monday deal
- Identify the exact edition. Check whether the console is a standard PS5, PS5 Digital Edition or PS5 Pro, and record storage capacity and bundle contents.
- Check format. A physical disc copy and a PlayStation Store download can have different prices, resale options and console requirements.
- Confirm market and retailer. Prices above were US examples from Walmart, Best Buy, Target and Amazon. A deal may not exist in another country or at another retailer.
- Record the sale end date and stock status. Holiday promotions can end early or disappear when inventory runs out.
- Compare against a real reference price. Note the retailer’s original or reference price and whether the reduction is a recurring promotion, a one-time allowance or a bundle RRP.
- Check the final checkout total. Include delivery, tax, membership requirements and any digital-store account or region restrictions.
What about PlayStation Store and PlayStation Plus?
Sony said selected PS5 and PS4 digital games could be up to 75% off during the 2025 promotion. It also advertised up to 33% off a 12-month PlayStation Plus membership for new members in participating countries. Those were time-limited, region-dependent 2025 offers, not evidence of a current discount or a substitute for a physical game price.
Sony’s official Black Friday 2025 page now directs visitors to regular PlayStation Store promotions because that event has ended. For any new Cyber Monday season, verify the live store listing, membership eligibility and expiration date before treating a percentage as available to you.

Why the 2025 examples cannot be called 2026 deals
No 2026 Cyber Monday price was established in the available published material. Holiday pricing changes quickly, and a retailer can alter a product’s price, edition, stock or shipping terms without preserving the earlier offer. Use the 2025 figures as benchmarks for judging a future listing, not as advertised prices.
