Zunoy is a web-based HRMS for small teams that need a searchable employee directory and a clear view of reporting relationships. Employee profile cards store employment and contact details, while the interactive multi-tier organization chart reflects manager, department, branch, and designation changes. The platform also includes employee records, attendance and leave tracking, onboarding, payroll, and other workforce modules, making it broader than a standalone directory but more focused on HR operations than employee knowledge-base content.

Pricing is structured around a free directory and paid HR modules. The Free plan costs nothing and provides a basic employee directory for up to 7 employees. The Basic plan costs INR 30 per employee per month, billed monthly, and adds Core HR, employee records, attendance and leave tracking, and organization management. The Custom plan includes custom modules and contracts, enterprise onboarding, SSO and audit logs, and priority support. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card. Zunoy also lists integrations with Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, Email, and Webhooks.

Its clearest strength is the shared organizational data behind the directory and chart. Reporting-line edits can update charts and headcount views automatically, while analytics cover headcount, tenure, branch, department, and diversity. The employee database includes governed updates and audit history, and reports can be exported in four formats. Teams wanting a low-cost directory with basic HR administration should consider Zunoy. Organizations primarily seeking a document-centered employee knowledge base, extensive custom fields, or a dedicated knowledge-management experience should choose a more specialized product.
