Zoho IoT is a low-code platform for building and operating connected-device applications. It combines device and asset management with real-time telemetry, dashboards, analytics, alerts, workflows, remote commands, edge processing, and mobile monitoring. Its scope suits businesses in manufacturing, buildings, utilities, transport, agriculture, healthcare, retail, and smart-city operations that want IoT monitoring without limiting the product to a single industry.

The plan structure supports a range of deployment sizes. The Free plan is available, and a 30-day free trial is offered. Starter includes 25 devices or assets, 30 million datapoints of storage, and six months of data retention. Standard raises those limits to 100 devices or assets, 240 million datapoints, and 12 months, while adding Workflow, Custom Modules, and Schedules. Professional supports 200 devices or assets, 900 million datapoints, and 18 months of retention. Enterprise reaches 500 devices or assets, 5 billion datapoints, and 36 months. Flex provides custom usage limits and storage and scales to thousands of devices.

Platform fit is a strong part of the offering. Zoho IoT runs on the web, iOS, and Android, with REST API access for connecting Zoho applications, ERP systems, CRM systems, BI tools, and third-party applications. Mobile users can view analytics, receive alerts, and execute remote commands, while edge processing and device agents support distributed deployments. Businesses wanting an approachable, broad IoT toolkit should consider it; teams specifically seeking open-source software should choose another option.
