Zoho Creator is a low-code application development platform for businesses, IT teams, and developers building custom business software. Its visual tools cover app interfaces, forms, pages, databases, workflows, portals, reports, dashboards, authentication, and role-based permissions. Applications can run on the web and are available on iOS and Android, making the platform suitable for internal tools, operational systems, customer portals, and extensions to existing applications. It is especially well suited to teams that need structured business data and reporting alongside app creation.
The plan structure starts with the Free Edition, which includes 1 user, 1 application, 250 MB of storage, and 1,000 records. Standard adds web, mobile, and tablet deployment, workflow automation, and REST API management while covering 1 application. Professional expands the scope with unlimited applications, advanced integrations, developer environments, and custom AI models. Enterprise also includes unlimited applications, adding advanced integrations and analytics, enterprise governance features, and expanded API and automation limits. A 15-day free trial is available, and the product follows a freemium pricing model.
Zoho Creator’s ecosystem is a central strength. It connects with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Invoice, as well as Salesforce, QuickBooks, PayPal, Stripe, Slack, Zapier, Workato, Amazon RDS, Google BigQuery, and Snowflake. REST APIs, custom APIs, external database connections, cloud-service integrations, workflow approvals, schedules, and AI-assisted app building support more involved business processes. Choose it when reporting, automation, authentication, mobile availability, and integrations matter together. Consider another tool if you need open-source software or a very small app with no need for databases, workflows, or reporting.
