Zoho BillPay is a web-based accounts payable application for organizations managing vendor bills, purchase orders, approvals, payments, and reconciliation. It brings invoice capture, vendor management, payment recording, reporting, and vendor collaboration into one system. The feature set is suited to small organizations that want basic AP automation without a broad platform commitment, while larger global enterprises have a separate Enterprise edition.
The published plans show a 14-day trial and a Premium plan priced at $16 per organization per month when billed monthly. Premium includes 10 users, e-purchase orders, vendor credits, ACH payments, vendor portals, and bill syncing with accounting and ERP systems. The Enterprise edition adds vendor onboarding, advance payments for purchase orders, two-way and three-way matching, report building, automatic OCR invoice capture, and connected banking. There is no free plan, so ongoing use requires a paid tier.
Zoho BillPay’s strongest functional areas are invoice processing and payment control. AI-powered capture handles multiple sources and formats, while hierarchical and criteria-based workflows support structured approvals. Matching can compare invoices with purchase orders and receipts, and vendor portals provide invoice uploads and payment tracking. The product runs on the web and includes accounting and ERP synchronization, making it a practical fit for teams with straightforward AP processes. Organizations that need a low-cost, focused tool should consider Premium; teams needing advanced matching, OCR, connected banking, or broader enterprise workflows should look at Enterprise instead.
