Zippykind is delivery management software for courier fleets and businesses handling local delivery. It combines web-based dispatch with iOS and Android driver apps, automated assignment, route planning, live GPS tracking, branded customer tracking pages, messaging, scheduling, and proof of delivery. Its published positioning covers pharmacies, medical couriers, restaurants, florists, grocery businesses, retailers, and same-day delivery operators. The feature set suits teams that need to coordinate drivers while giving customers live ETA and GPS visibility.

The published plans show a usage-based entry point alongside larger fixed-price tiers. Flex costs $0.23 per delivery per month and includes the AI Dispatch Assistant, unlimited users and drivers, driver apps, auto-dispatch, branded tracking, and photo, signature, and GPS proof of delivery. Growth costs $899 per month and includes everything in Flex, plus 4,000 deliveries, a QR code scanner, printable tracking labels, unlimited locations, and the Operations Control Center. Enterprise includes everything in Growth, along with a signed BAA and SLA, dedicated success management, security review, custom integrations, and assigned dedicated support. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.

Zippykind’s ecosystem is a notable part of its fit. It supports REST API access, webhooks, and Zapier, with listed integrations for Epic Willow, Liberty Software, Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, BigCommerce, and Wix. Operationally, teams can assign drivers manually or automatically by proximity or delivery zone, optimize runs for up to 200 stops through the Routing Suite add-on, and review analytics, reports, heatmaps, and track logs. Choose Zippykind if you need courier-specific dispatch, customer tracking, and rich delivery proof across web and mobile. Teams seeking a free tier or fully included route optimization may prefer an alternative.
