Zeyora review
A real estate CRM with HRM and business modules, not a dedicated HR platform.

Zeyora is a modular cloud business platform built around CRM for real estate agencies, brokers and property service teams. It captures property enquiries, maintains buyer and tenant records, manages follow-up tasks, stores documents and reports on sales activity. HRM is included across the published plans, but the product’s main workflow is real estate lead and deal management. It is best suited to teams that need customer, sales and operational functions in one system rather than organisations seeking a standalone HR platform.
Pricing is structured across four monthly tiers. Starter costs AED 99 per month and includes CRM Basic, HRM and Billing Basics. Growth costs AED 199 and adds CRM, Sales and Projects. Business costs AED 349 and adds Inventory and Organisation alongside CRM, Sales, Projects, HRM and Billing Basics. Enterprise costs AED 699 and includes all modules, Full Accounts, API and integration support, and Priority support. There is no free plan. The tier structure makes Starter suitable for basic customer and employee workflows, while larger teams can move up for sales, projects, inventory, accounts and integration support.
Zeyora’s ecosystem fit is centred on web and API access, with connections for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and WhatsApp through Omni Inbox. Its API and web-to-lead capabilities support enquiry capture and wider workflow connections. Notable operational features include lead ownership, task visibility, reminders for calls and viewings, permissioned document storage, CRM-linked conversations and reporting on sources, conversions, active deals and team activity. Choose Zeyora if real estate CRM is the primary requirement and HRM is part of a broader business suite. Choose a dedicated HR product instead if employee administration, rather than property enquiries and sales follow-up, is the central need.
