ZERO CLM is a cloud contract lifecycle management platform for legal, operations, finance, procurement, sales and other business teams. It covers contract requests, drafting, negotiation, approval, signing, execution and renewal in connected workflows. Teams can manage a central repository with metadata, tags and content search, while templates, controlled forms and clause libraries support document creation. Configurable approvals assign responsibilities and notifications, and alerts track renewals, expirations and obligations. The platform also includes OCR, metadata extraction, classification, sensitive-clause detection, KYC/KYB verification, background checks and restrictive-list screening. Its signing tools include NOM-151 evidence, timestamps and an audit trail.
The ZERO plan costs MXN 3,000 per month and includes up to 5 users, 250 digital files, 300 digital signatures, 200 GB of storage, basic workflows and a Power BI dashboard. ZERO + costs MXN 7,000 per month and expands capacity to 15 users, unlimited digital files, 1,000 digital signatures and 500 GB of storage. It also adds basic artificial intelligence and international signing for Mexico and the United States. ZERO Enterprise offers custom user volume, 10 included templates, global signature integration, 1 TB of storage, custom artificial intelligence and legal consulting. Pricing is published in MXN and excludes IVA.
ZERO CLM is a strong fit for organizations that need Mexico-oriented signing controls, structured approvals and contract records in one platform. Its integrations cover SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Sign, DocuSign, Mifiel, cloud platforms and analytics tools. However, the entry tier has modest user, file, signature and storage limits, while several higher-capacity or advanced capabilities sit in paid tiers. Organizations seeking a free plan, broader entry-level capacity or a simpler document-signing tool may prefer an alternative.
