A feasibility-focused planning tool with exports, financial analysis, and AI rendering.

Zenerate is web-based feasibility software for developers, architects, contractors, and commercial real estate brokers. It generates site plans, building layouts, floor plans, parking arrangements, and development scenarios from inputs such as FAR, unit count, floors, and unit mix. The platform supports early-stage studies for multifamily, mixed-use, single-family, and other development concepts, with 2D editing and 3D views for reviewing and refining options.
The published plans show Starter with AI Generate and AI Rendering, standard support, and access for 1 user. Professional adds priority support while retaining access for 1 user and the same AI capabilities. Floating Seat provides shared access with priority support, and Enterprise offers custom company-level access with high-priority support. Pricing requires contact with sales, while the product includes a 7-day trial and monthly or annual subscription options. There is no free plan, so Zenerate is better suited to teams evaluating a paid feasibility workflow than to casual or occasional users.
Its main strength is breadth within development analysis rather than simple floor-plan generation. Users can adjust unit mix, buildings, cores, parking, and zones; enter site constraints and objectives; analyze financial and pro forma assumptions; and export PDF feasibility reports, Excel project data, CAD/DXF floor plans, and Revit 3D models. AI rendering can use 2D or 3D views. Choose Zenerate when feasibility studies, scenario comparison, and downstream project files matter. Choose another tool if you need prompt-to-plan or image-to-plan workflows, a free plan, or access beyond the web.
