You Got Listings is a web and API platform for rental-property listing and leasing workflows. It serves agents, brokerages, owners, and property managers with tools for rental inventory, listing distribution, renter lead collection, showing coordination, applications, reports, lease documents, and e-signatures. Its free owner-and-manager access makes it relevant to property owners and managers who need a central workflow without a monthly subscription cost, while licensed agents and brokerages have paid plan options.
The pricing structure separates individual professionals from larger teams. The Owners & Managers plan costs $0 per month and supports property listing without a monthly subscription cost; optional paid leasing services are available, and no real estate license is required. The Individual plan costs $50 per month for one licensed real estate agent or broker, but API access and Data Feeds are not available. The Team plan costs $195 per month for brokerages and teams. API access and Data Feeds can be added to that plan for $50 per month. Listing syndication, advertising, MLS access, applications, leases, reports, and other services may also involve separate eligibility or usage charges.
Its main strength is breadth across the rental workflow and distribution layer. Listings can reach supported rental websites and the YGL professional rental network, with additional support for Zillow, Apartments.com, Zumper, MLS feeds, website widgets, IDX, APIs, and custom feeds. Showing requests, approvals, scheduling, and feedback connect the marketing process with leasing operations. Owners and managers needing listing workflows should find the free plan a practical starting point, while brokerages needing team access and data connectivity should review the Team costs. Individual licensed agents who require API access or Data Feeds should choose a plan that includes those capabilities instead.
