Yardi Breeze is cloud-based property management software for residential, commercial, affordable housing, self-storage, association and manufactured housing portfolios. It is designed for property owners and managers who want browser-based access without installing software. Core operations include online rent collection, maintenance requests, leasing workflows, accounting, owner reporting, vendor payments and prospect tracking. Residents can use the integrated RentCafe portal and mobile app to view account information, pay rent, sign documents and submit maintenance requests.
Pricing is presented plan by plan for residential properties. The Breeze plan is listed at $1 per unit per month with annual billing, and the Breeze Premier plan is also listed at $1 per unit per month with annual billing.
