XOIP is an online fax service for businesses that need to send and receive documents without a physical fax machine. Users can send PDF files through a web interface or email attachment, while incoming faxes arrive as PDF email attachments. The service supports local or national virtual fax numbers, existing-number porting, inbound faxing, international faxing, and GDPR coverage. Its published plans show a starting price of €4.80 per month and 100 monthly pages, making it a fit for European businesses with straightforward fax requirements.

Pricing is split between sending-only and complete sending-and-receiving plans. Fax Sending Light uses pay-as-you-go billing, while Fax Sending Pro is available at €5.90 per month or €59 per year and adds a lower per-page rate with no minimum cost per fax. Fax Complete Light costs €4.80 per month or €48 per year and includes sending, receiving, and an 084 number. Fax Complete Pro costs €9.50 per month or €95 per year and adds the Pro sending terms. Sending is additionally charged per page, and the English pricing page states that prices include 21% Dutch VAT.

XOIP’s strongest operational features are automated retries using different protocols or network routes, email delivery confirmations, transmission reports, and an online dashboard for sent and received activity. Authorized email addresses and verification controls add account-level safeguards, while fax documents are automatically deleted after processing. The trade-off is a narrow platform footprint: XOIP is web-only and has no integrations. Choose it for simple browser- or email-based faxing, number porting, and inbound documents; consider another service if connected workflows or broader platform support are central to your operation.
