Our verdict on Xendly Mail

Xendly Mail is an email service from Xendly Corp Ltd in Kigali, Rwanda. It serves individuals who want a free @xendly.email address and solo users or small and mid-market organizations that need email on a customer-owned domain. Access is available through web, iOS and Android, with calendar, contacts, push notifications, aliases, search, folders, attachments and integrated video meetings. The free plan includes one email address and meetings for up to 16 people.

Pricing is straightforward across its freemium structure. Free costs 0 RWF per month and includes webmail, mobile apps, calendar, contacts, push notifications and IMAP/SMTP access. Starter costs 10,000 RWF monthly or 100,000 RWF annually, while Pro costs 20,000 RWF monthly or 200,000 RWF annually. Both paid tiers include custom-domain email, webmail, push notifications, IMAP/SMTP and video meetings for up to 16 people. Business plans support payment through MTN MoMo or Airtel Money, which fits organizations operating in Rwanda.

The service also fits users who prefer standard mail clients: listed integrations include Apple Mail, Microsoft Outlook, the Gmail app and Thunderbird. Authentication-record support through SPF, DKIM and DMARC is relevant for custom-domain setup. Its main boundary is the separation between free and paid use: the free plan is limited to an @xendly.email address, while custom-domain email begins with a paid tier. Choose Xendly Mail if local Rwandan billing, mobile access and familiar mail-client support matter; choose another service if you need a different domain arrangement or a paid plan with a more clearly differentiated feature set.
