Wumilo is an Android task manager for personal to-do lists, reminders, recurring tasks, subtasks, focus sessions, and productivity statistics. It is designed for solo users who want detailed control while keeping tasks and settings stored locally on their device. Natural-language Quick Add handles task dates, times, and categories, while Android speech recognition supports voice capture. Calendar views, search, filters, priorities, notes, pinning, and archiving cover everyday planning needs without requiring an account or cloud synchronization.

The free plan is unusually broad for a freemium task app. It includes unlimited tasks, notes, and subtasks; month and week calendar views; Quick Add and voice capture; focus mode with a Pomodoro timer; reminders and exact alarms; and JSON export and import backups. The one-time Premium purchase adds repeating tasks, four home-screen widgets, custom categories, premium themes and accents, and future Premium features. This makes the free tier suitable for core task management, while Premium is mainly for recurring planning, glanceable Android access, and additional customization.

Wumilo’s strongest fit is users who value offline access, precise notifications, and Android-native controls. Reminders can include exact alarms, lead times, and persistent notifications, while recurring tasks support custom intervals and end dates. Statistics, streaks, trends, and focus timing add useful structure for personal productivity. The trade-off is a narrow ecosystem: Wumilo is mobile-only, has no calendar sync, and does not provide broader integrations or cloud synchronization. Choose it for local, detailed Android task control; choose an alternative if you need cross-platform access, connected calendars, or shared cloud workflows.
