Writesonic is a web-based AI platform for marketing teams, agencies, and enterprises that need to create, optimize, publish, and measure marketing content. Its scope covers AI article and long-form generation, an AI document editor, content templates, saved writing styles, brand voice training, multilingual generation, SEO research and checking, internal linking, content grading, plagiarism checking, site audits, and AI search visibility tracking. It is particularly suited to SEO publishers that want content production and search optimization in one workspace rather than a standalone writing assistant.

Pricing is organized around increasing content volume, writing styles, audits, users, and team capabilities. Starter costs $79 per month and includes 15 articles per month, one writing style, 10 site audits per month, one included user, and Google Search Console and WordPress integrations. Basic costs $199 per month and raises those allowances to 25 articles, five writing styles, 20 site audits, and two users. Growth costs $399 per month and includes 50 articles, 10 writing styles, 50 site audits, three users, and limited Action Center access. Enterprise uses custom pricing and adds custom limits and markets, tracking across all 10 AI platforms, SSO/SAML, user access control, and a dedicated AI search strategist. A seven-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.

The platform fits publishing workflows through WordPress, Sanity, Contentful, Contentstack, Notion, Drupal, and Google Docs, while Slack, HubSpot, Google Search Console, Google Search, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio extend collaboration, research, and reporting. Web, API, and Chrome extension access support different working patterns. The tradeoff is breadth and price: smaller teams with occasional writing needs may find the paid entry tier difficult to justify, while SEO publishers, agencies, and enterprises can benefit from the combined optimization, publishing, audit, and AI-search capabilities. Teams seeking only basic text generation should choose a narrower tool.
