Wrapi is a cloud webcasting and hybrid-event platform for AV professionals, event producers and production teams. It accepts RTMP and SRT encoder feeds, then combines branded registration and watch pages with a producer control room, chat moderation, Q&A, polls and breakout rooms. Automatic recording, on-demand replay, captions, multilingual audio, presenter displays and hybrid-event QR-code registration support both online and in-person audiences. Its pay-as-you-go structure suits organizers whose attendance changes from event to event, including small, mid-market and enterprise teams that do not want a fixed attendee subscription.
Pricing is organized around usage. The Live attendees (1–300) plan costs $1.80 per attendee per day, Live attendees (301–1,000) costs $1.40, and Live attendees (1,001+) costs $1.00; each includes live streaming, all features and 90 days of replay hosting. Replay viewers cost $0.50 per viewer per day. Extended Replay Hosting is $10 per month to retain replays beyond 90 days. Live Captions + Audio costs $99 per event and includes real-time captions plus one language of audio dubbing; Additional Languages cost $49 per language. Additional Breakout Rooms cost $50 per room per event. Multi-day events are billed per day, with up to 12 hours each day.
Wrapi’s platform fit centers on web delivery and an API layer. REST API access and secure webhooks can connect registration, event workflows and reporting to other systems, while white-label domains, emails and reports support branded deployments. Audience analytics are available in real time and after events, and replay is built into the workflow. The trade-off is a focused ecosystem: teams needing native integrations beyond REST API and webhooks should evaluate alternatives. Email is the listed support channel, so organizations requiring broader support coverage may also prefer another provider. Choose Wrapi for production-led hybrid events with variable attendance; avoid it when extensive native integrations or support channels are essential.
