WowMenu is a guest-facing digital menu and ordering platform for restaurants in the GCC, UK, and Europe. It combines menu management, per-table QR codes, takeaway QR ordering, online ordering, AI recommendations, multilingual menus, dietary and allergen filtering, and POS order and availability synchronization. Restaurants can also manage kitchen display ordering, guest CRM, loyalty programmes, campaigns, reservations, and branch-level menus, prices, availability, and reporting. It is designed to operate alongside an existing POS or EPOS system rather than replace it.
The published monthly plans start with Menu at USD 79 per month. It includes a digital menu, AI recommendations, ordering and QR management, one branch, up to 20 tables, and 500 AI sessions per month. Growth costs USD 149 per month and adds direct kitchen display ordering, guest CRM, loyalty programme and tiers, plus WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns. Suite costs USD 379 per month and adds reservations and table management, win-back automation, multi-branch consolidated analytics, and assisted data migration. Enterprise adds unlimited branches, 100+ tables, API access, a white-label option, custom integrations, an SLA, and a dedicated account manager. A 30-day trial is available.
For restaurants with an existing technology stack, integrations with Square, Lightspeed, Foodics, Stripe, AWS, and SendGrid provide a defined ecosystem fit. The platform’s breadth is its main distinction: one system connects guest-facing menus with ordering, kitchen workflows, availability, engagement, and location controls. That scope suits growing operators that want more than a standalone QR menu. Smaller restaurants with one branch and no need for CRM, loyalty, reservations, or multi-location reporting may find the Menu plan sufficient, while operators seeking a free tool or a narrower, lower-cost menu utility should look elsewhere.
