WorXflo is cloud-based business management software for UK roofing contractors and other service businesses. It brings together roofing quotes with labour and material breakdowns, crew scheduling, job management, digital inspections, site surveys, snagging, stage invoicing and customer communications. Field teams can use iOS and Android apps to capture photos and signatures, complete forms offline and synchronize data. Its customer portal also provides a branded space for job progress, reports, invoices and documents.

Pricing is presented in two ways. The vendor lists a starting price of £12 per user per month, billed monthly. It also presents a WorXflo plan at £300 per month, billed monthly, for up to 25 users. That plan includes all modules, cloud hosting, a real-time iOS and Android mobile app and onboarding support. There is no free plan or free trial; prospects are directed to a live demo. Buyers should clarify how the per-user price and the monthly plan apply to their crew size and requirements before choosing a subscription.

The platform’s strongest fit is for roofing businesses that want field and office workflows in one system rather than separate tools. Offline mobile work, digital customer sign-off, automated job-to-invoice workflows and accounting connections can support teams moving between sites and office administration. QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent and Xero integrations broaden its accounting fit, while crew qualification and training records add an operational layer. Smaller teams seeking only estimates or scheduling may find the wider feature set unnecessary, and businesses that require a free trial should look elsewhere. WorXflo suits mobile-first roofing crews that need connected job administration at a lower listed entry price.
