Workzoom Talent Suite brings performance management, learning, career planning, and succession planning together on a shared employee record. It is aimed at HR teams that want these talent processes connected with employee information, rather than handled as separate tools. The product includes web access and iOS and Android apps, and its vendor, Nortek Solutions Inc., was founded in 2000. The positioning suits teams looking for a broad talent suite at a stated entry price of $4 per employee per month.

The Talent plan is listed at $4 per employee per month, billed monthly, and includes performance reviews and 360-degree feedback, learning courses and certification tracking, career planning and development plans, and succession plans with readiness levels. There is no free plan. According to the vendor's pricing notes, monthly minimums apply for small teams, and the vendor uses USD outside Canada and CAD in Canada. The Talent page refers to organizations with 50 or more employees, while an FAQ says there is no minimum headcount; those statements make team eligibility worth clarifying before purchase.

The suite's scope is its clearest distinction: review tools include goals, self-evaluations, manager assessments, competency assessments, and 9-box and 12-box talent evaluations. Learning supports course creation, assessments, automatic assignment, completion tracking, certification expiry notifications, and SCORM, Articulate, video, PDF, and document content. Skills can be compared with target job profiles, while succession plans track potential successors and readiness. SAML 2.0 SSO, Azure AD, Okta, and OneLogin are listed integrations, alongside connections to Workzoom HR, payroll, and workforce modules. Teams needing linked talent workflows may find this breadth useful; organizations seeking a free entry point or a narrowly focused standalone tool should compare alternatives.
