Workzish review
A modular web-based system for facilities that want management tools by module.

Workzish is sports facility management software for gyms, fitness studios, sports clubs, and other activity venues. It combines membership profiles, check-ins, wallets, measurements, class scheduling, court and space booking, payments, invoices, revenue tracking, workout logs, progress charts, goals, memberships, announcements, and access control. Facilities can also add accounting, payroll, and point of sale modules. It is positioned for both startup and enterprise facilities that want a branded member app alongside operational management tools.
Pricing is modular rather than organized around conventional named tiers. The Build Your Own Plan starts at 5,000 PKR per module per month, with individual core and add-on modules selected separately. The published annual example shows 60,000 PKR per selected plan per year for a one-module plan. Membership Management includes profiles, check-ins, wallet, and measurements, while the branded member app is available as an add-on. This structure can suit facilities that want to pay for a focused set of capabilities, but the total cost depends on which modules are selected.
The product’s breadth is its main strength: booking payments, membership renewals, upgrades, freezes, digital membership cards, workout tracking, push notifications, accounting, payroll, POS, and access control sit within one web-based system. Booking tools include capacity and waitlist management for classes, plus real-time availability for courts and spaces. The trade-off is ecosystem fit. Workzish is web-only and lacks integrations, so facilities seeking broader connected software workflows should consider an alternative. It is a good match for organizations that value modular coverage and a branded web app, but less suitable for buyers prioritizing integrations or broader platform options.
