Worksorted is an online practice-management platform for Australian financial advice businesses. It brings client relationship management, workflow jobs, tasks, checklists, compliance records, document handling, revenue processing, invoicing and practice reporting into one system. Client portals support communication, document sharing and practice information, while electronic signatures and document templates cover additional administrative work. The product is positioned for practices operating under a licensee, self-licensed firms and larger advice groups, with unlimited users under one licence.

Pricing is contact-sales rather than self-serve. The available offer is a 14-day free trial, and there is no permanent free plan. Its operational breadth is the main attraction: teams can manage service obligations, audit trails, automated reminders, revenue splits, forecasting, once-off and recurring invoices, and Xero synchronisation. Dashboards and workload reporting add practice-level visibility, while API connectivity supports connections across advice, accounting, signing, communication and productivity tools. Integrations include Advice Designer, Intelliflo, Midwinter, Voyant, Xplan, Microsoft 365, Xero, Worldpay, Westpac, Annature and DocuSign.

Worksorted is a strong fit when the priority is coordinating client service, compliance administration, documents, revenue and billing in one practice-operations system. Its limitation is scope: financial-planning functionality is not included, so firms seeking planning capabilities will need another product or connected advice platform alongside it. The contact-sales model also makes direct price comparison less immediate than with a published tier structure. Choose Worksorted for operational breadth and connected administration; look elsewhere if planning functionality is the primary requirement.
