WorkInSync is workplace-management software for organizations operating flexible or hybrid offices. Employees can reserve desks through web, iOS, and Android interfaces, view real-time availability, select seats from interactive floor plans, filter by amenities, and book in advance or on the day. Administrators can allocate desks to individuals, teams, and departments, manage neighborhoods, override bookings, monitor occupancy, and generate utilization reports. The platform also covers meeting-room booking, room check-in, visitor management, parking booking, and an AI booking assistant.
Its plan structure adds capability in clear layers. Standard includes desk and meeting-room booking, interactive floor plans, calendar integration, analytics and reports, and multi-model check-in. Professional adds parking booking, meeting-room kiosks, visitor management, Google and Microsoft calendar synchronization, plus Microsoft Teams and Slack integration. Enterprise adds auto desk allocation, occupancy sensor integration, role-based access controls, a floor kiosk, and SAML 2.0 SSO. Enterprise costs $3.59 per user per month when billed annually or $3.99 per user per month when billed monthly. A 7-day trial may be available for Enterprise, while the Standard plan lists a 250+ employee minimum.
WorkInSync is strongest when a workplace team needs more than simple desk reservations. Occupancy analytics, utilization reporting, forecasting, sensor integration, and AI-assisted booking support planning as well as day-to-day allocation. Its integration set includes Google Calendar, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, OneLogin, Oracle PeopleSoft, OAuth2, SCIM, HRMS, and APIs. That breadth suits organizations coordinating calendars, identity, HR, and collaboration systems. Teams seeking only basic desk booking may find the broader workplace scope unnecessary, while organizations needing desk allocation, room booking, check-in, floor plans, and occupancy intelligence in one product should consider it.
