WorkBuzz is an employee listening platform for organisations that need structured engagement programmes and ongoing workforce feedback. It suits large, multi-site, deskless and distributed workforces, with tools for annual, pulse, on-demand, onboarding and exit surveys. Teams can customise questions, use best-practice templates, apply anonymity controls, and distribute surveys through QR codes, kiosks and mobile-friendly experiences. Dialogue adds frontline feedback through video, voice and text responses.

The product is organised into three plans. Engage includes annual, pulse and ad hoc surveys, lifecycle surveys, customisable questions and templates, reporting and insights, manager action planning, and benchmarking. Engage+ adds People Science AI, comments analysis, Perspectives, and no-code HRIS integration. Dialogue uses subscription and usage pricing for frontline employee feedback. WorkBuzz requires a pricing request, so buyers should compare the plans around their survey volume, analysis needs, workforce mix and integration requirements rather than a published numerical price.

WorkBuzz’s main strength is breadth: it connects survey collection with dashboards, trend comparison, internal and external benchmarking, multilingual surveys, AI-assisted analysis and task tracking. That makes it a fit for organisations that want managers to act on findings instead of treating surveys as a one-off measurement exercise. SFTP and an Open API provide integration routes, while Engage+ is the clearer choice for teams that want no-code HRIS connectivity and additional analysis features. Organisations seeking a narrowly focused pulse-survey tool, a native desktop or mobile app, or a plan with transparent published pricing may prefer a different option.
