WooPOS combines point-of-sale checkout with retail management features for stores that also sell through ecommerce channels. Its workflows cover barcode scanning and multiple tender types, inventory tracking and counts, purchase orders, customer and employee management, and sales and inventory reporting. Windows-focused retailers that need those core operations across stores are its clearest fit, particularly when offline register operation matters. The system is not a lightweight browser-only POS: its desktop application is central to how it runs.

The product's retail scope extends beyond checkout. Staff can handle inter-store transfers and inventory lookup across stores, while purchasing tools cover orders, receiving and reorder tracking. Employee roles, clerk permissions and supervisor override address day-to-day controls; layaway, special orders, gift cards and store credit support additional sales workflows. WooPOS lists integrations with WooCommerce, Shopify, QuickBooks, Sage 50 and Peachtree. That mix may suit retailers coordinating store operations with ecommerce or accounting tools, although the product remains oriented around the Windows application rather than a browser-first setup.

Published plans are monthly and priced by users or computers. Growth (5 users) lists $39.8 per extra user, and Enterprise (10 users) lists $29.9 per extra user; both include unlimited computers, stores, transactions, products and customers. Device Plan costs $139 per computer and includes unlimited users plus the same listed unlimited allowances. The $139 Device Plan is the lowest listed monthly option, so the pricing basis matters when comparing setups. Browser access requires a Windows computer running the desktop app, and Android is documented for inventory-related functions. Choose WooPOS if Windows desktop operation and broad inventory workflows fit your stores; consider another option if you need browser access without a Windows host.
