Wodify is gym management software for CrossFit gyms, boutique fitness businesses, martial arts schools, Jiu-Jitsu academies, personal trainers, and other class-based facilities. It brings together class and appointment scheduling, online booking, membership billing, digital waivers, client management, communication, reporting, retail sales, workflow automation, and mobile apps. Support for one or multiple locations makes it suitable for independent facilities and growing operators, while performance and workout tracking make it particularly relevant to training businesses that want operational tools alongside member progress features.
The published plans show Essentials at $199 per location per month, billed monthly. It includes billing, scheduling, client management, digital waivers and contracts, a single app for clients and staff, and unlimited clients and employees. Accelerate adds lead management, insights dashboards, family groups and shared payments, pre-built automations and email campaigns, and an on-demand media library. Ultimate adds performance tracking, a custom website, unlimited automations, accelerated one-day payouts, and the lowest processing rates. The plan structure gives operators a clear path from core administration to marketing, reporting, automation, and performance-focused capabilities.
Platform coverage is broad: Wodify supports web, iOS, Android, and an API, with integrations for QuickBooks, Slack, Shopify, Facebook Leads, and SurveyMonkey. Built-in class reservations, waitlists, point of sale, mobile retail, reporting, and automated billing reduce the need to assemble separate tools for everyday gym operations. Facilities should choose Wodify when performance tracking, member-facing apps, and a wide operational scope matter. A smaller facility focused only on basic booking and billing may prefer a narrower product with fewer capabilities to manage and a lower starting cost.
