Wizehire is an end-to-end applicant tracking and hiring platform for small and growing businesses. It combines candidate pipeline management, job creation, distribution to more than 100 job boards, career pages, screening, interview scheduling, messaging, assessments, and background-check integrations. Teams can manage hiring from the web, iOS, or Android, while Wizehire Scout provides AI-powered candidate recommendations, screening support, and automated parts of candidate communication and scheduling.

The plan structure is designed around hiring volume and service depth. Quickstart costs $249 per month and includes up to 3 active job postings, distribution to more than 100 job boards, a career page builder, and an AI-powered recruiting assistant. Growth costs $549 per month and raises the limit to 6 active job postings while adding Talent Relationship Management, custom screening questions, candidate texting, and analytics. Concierge adds personalized onboarding, custom interview guides, a strategic relationship manager, EEO and OFCCP compliance, and advanced payroll and HRIS integrations; its price is not shown.

Wizehire’s main strength is breadth for teams that need more than a basic applicant pipeline. Calendar availability, reminders, and confirmations support interview scheduling, while campaigns, follow-ups, bulk messaging, DISC+ assessments, and talent pools extend the workflow beyond job posting. Integrations include Google Calendar, Microsoft calendar, Zapier, Gusto, Checkr, LinkedIn, ADP, UKG, Paylocity, and several real-estate CRM platforms. The $249 monthly entry point and 3-job limit make it less suitable for very small teams with occasional hiring or tight budgets. Businesses hiring across multiple boards and needing mobile access, automation, and broader HR connections should find the platform a closer fit.
