It brings learner records, enrolments, class and venue scheduling, attendance, trainer activity, credentials, compliance reporting, documents, messaging, workflows, billing, and integrations into one platform. Web access and API access support different operating models, while learner and trainer applications extend the system beyond administrative users.
The plan structure adds capability in stages. Starter includes metered active learners, unlimited users, unlimited sales contacts, dashboard reports and insights, enrolment management, and government compliance. Standard adds a learner app, trainer portal, timetables and attendance, custom documents and credentials, and support cases.
