Wise Systems review
A broad delivery platform for fleets managing complex static, dynamic, and hybrid routes.

Wise Systems is cloud-based delivery optimization software for last-mile operations across food and beverage, retail, auto parts, parcel and courier, and field service. It brings route planning, dispatch, driver execution, customer visibility, and performance analysis into one platform. Dispatchers can manage static, dynamic, and hybrid routes, monitor progress, and reassign stops in real time. Drivers have mobile access on iOS and Android, while customers can receive delivery progress, ETAs, and status notifications through the Customer Portal.
Pricing is based on contacting sales rather than selecting a published self-serve plan. The platform is available through web, iOS, Android, and API access. Its operational coverage is broad: route planning and resequencing sit alongside turn-by-turn navigation integrations, photo and barcode capture, electronic signatures, live tracking, SMS or email notifications, and analytics comparing planned with actual route execution. The published integration list includes SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Samsara, Geotab, Motive, Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, and HERE Technologies.
The strongest fit is a delivery organization that needs both planning flexibility and active control during route execution. Wise Systems also suits teams that want customer-facing visibility and electronic proof of delivery connected to existing business or fleet systems. Its scope is more specialized than a general operations tool, so organizations outside delivery fleet management may not need its full feature set. Buyers should also expect to assess integration and rollout requirements with the vendor, especially when connecting ERP, OMS, WMS, TMS, or telematics systems. Choose it for complex routing and coordinated last-mile execution; consider a narrower tool when those needs are not central.
