Winio brings tasks, project discussions, files, documents, assignments, statuses, dependencies, and client participation into a web-based workspace. It is aimed at freelancers, small teams, companies, and larger organizations, though its strongest fit is small groups that want straightforward project collaboration rather than extensive planning or automation. Task comments, mentions, shared files, browser previews, collaborative rich-text documents, and guest participation keep day-to-day project work in one place.

The freemium structure gives small teams a practical starting point. The Free plan supports unlimited projects, up to 5 users, 1GB of storage, and up to 5,000 recent team messages. Pro raises the allowance to up to 50 users, adds 10GB of storage per user, provides unlimited message history, and allows deleted projects to be recovered. Custom adds SAML-based single sign-on, a 99.99% uptime SLA, 24/7 support with a 4-hour response time, and 20GB of storage per user. The Pro and Custom plan details do not include a verified price here, so buyers should review current commercial terms before choosing a tier.

Winio’s feature set is concentrated around collaborative task and project work. Dependencies, task statuses, progress statistics, and cross-project overviews support coordination, while discussions, documents, and file sharing cover the surrounding communication needs. It does not provide timeline views or resource planning, and desktop and mobile applications are listed as planned rather than currently available. Integrations and automation are not verified, which limits its fit for teams building broader connected workflows. Choose Winio for web-based collaboration with guests and shared project context; consider an alternative if advanced scheduling, capacity planning, or a wider platform ecosystem is essential.
