Win Box Manager is a Windows application for managing self-storage centers, covering the customer journey from prospect and quotation through reservation, rental contract, move-in, occupancy, billing, and move-out. It is aimed at new and established storage operators, particularly businesses that also sell merchandise through an on-site shop. The system uses a cloud-hosted database while the application runs on Windows, and it supports both online rentals and access-control connections.
The published plans are Starter, Essentiel, and Premium. Each includes prospect and customer management, reservations, rentals, move-ins and move-outs, recurring billing, SEPA direct debits, customer accounting, collections, and shop management. Starter includes merchandise reception, while Essentiel adds consultant support and Premium lists self-storage consultant support. The vendor describes subscription tiers based on box count and workstation limits, giving operators a plan structure tied to operational scale. There is no free plan.
Its breadth is the main point of distinction: operators can manage dynamic box plans and occupancy dashboards, overdue-payment follow-up and reminders, customer accounting and exports, shop stock, purchasing, sales, and merchandise reception in one system. Integrations extend to websites, access-control systems, accounting software, and banks or SEPA processing. That makes Win Box Manager a fit for Windows-based businesses that need retail and financial workflows alongside storage management. Operators requiring multi-site support or a platform beyond Windows should choose an alternative with those capabilities.
