Willed is a web-based Australian estate-planning service for people creating Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney. Its Will workflow covers beneficiaries, executors, gifts, guardianship provisions for children under 18, funeral wishes and pet provisions. Users complete lawyer-prepared documents online, then download, print and sign them. Review is available through Willed Law or Willed’s estate-planning experts, giving the service a guided option for Australians who want more than a basic document template.

The published plans show a paid model with no free plan. Power of Attorney is listed at AUD 99 as a one-time purchase, while Online Will is listed at AUD 159 one time. The Online Will includes a Digital Vault, Funeral Wishes and unlimited edits for twelve months. Willed also lists Couples Wills, Will + Power of Attorney and Unlimited Will updates, with features including two individual Wills, financial, personal and medical decision coverage, and the ability to edit, re-print and re-sign documents. An optional Will-update add-on is listed at AUD 15 per year, with the first year included with each Will.

The main scope consideration is state coverage. Power-of-attorney documents are matched to NSW or Victoria requirements and support multiple attorneys acting jointly or separately, with signing and witnessing instructions. Wills are stated to be valid in every Australian state and territory, so the product suits Australians focused on core Will and POA documents, document storage and structured review. It is less suitable for someone requiring trust planning or a POA outside NSW and Victoria. Buyers should also be comfortable completing the process online and handling physical signing after download.
