Wilbo review
Wilbo automates approved applications, but weekly fees and conflicting workflow descriptions warrant caution.

Wilbo is an AI job-search service for individuals who want help finding roles and preparing applications without surrendering approval. It scans job boards and applicant tracking system listings, scores postings from 0 to 100 against user goals, and drafts application responses based on CV facts. Applications go into an approval queue; the described workflow then completes and submits approved forms and returns confirmation receipts. A browser extension reads Indeed job and application pages, and separate free resume-scanner and mock-interview tools are offered. Those tools are distinct from the paid job-search service.
Pricing is weekly, with four plans. Part-time Wilbo costs $8 per week and includes AI MatchScore, SuperWriter, an approval queue, auto-apply on company ATS systems and email support. Full-time Wilbo is $18 per week, adding one-tap phone approval to its approval queue. Overtime Wilbo costs $38 per week and includes priority support plus first access to new job boards and features. Executive Wilbo is $78 per week and adds applications written by Fable, tailored cover letters and screening answers, and same-day priority support. These are recurring weekly prices, not monthly rates. A trial requires a card.
The central buying question is how submission works today: pricing describes auto-apply, the terms say approved applications are completed and submitted, while the support FAQ says automatic submitting is coming soon and users currently send from the job page. That discrepancy matters for anyone choosing Wilbo specifically to remove the final submission step. Its approval-first approach suits job seekers who want review before applications go out and value role scoring and drafting; those who need verified end-to-end automatic submission should clarify the current workflow before paying or consider an alternative. Plans describe weekly application allowances or fair-use terms.
