whatifi is scenario-planning and financial-modeling software for decision-makers, founders, CFOs and agencies. Its visual builder connects business-logic Events to create financial projections and compare concurrent what-if scenarios. Teams can model cash flow, runway, staffing, capacity, revenue and profit, then share interactive plans with clients, teams or investors. It is aimed at small teams that need to explore operating and financial choices; its website describes the software as desktop-only.

The plan structure starts with a free Preview Plan, which includes Basic Events and up to three scenarios, limited to one year and 25 Events per scenario. It excludes PRO Events and Modules. Solo Business costs $125 per user per month and adds unlimited scenarios and sharing, Business Events, business support, and full QuickBooks Online and Xero integration; PRO Events and Modules cost extra. Agency is $1,000 monthly for five client accounts, with $150 per additional account, a unified dashboard and agency-level support. Enterprise is $5,000 monthly and adds unlimited clients and team members, unlimited scenario complexity, custom builds and integrations, and top-tier support. Modules are listed separately for advanced calculations, API integrations, sharing and reporting, plus multiple logins and permissions.

The product's depth lies in making assumptions inspectable: it offers step-through financial calculations and error checking, goals and KPI calculations, and pre-built or custom templates and Events. Sharing is interactive, so clients can test assumptions, while Excel export supports taking results into spreadsheet workflows. Integrations include QuickBooks Online, Xero, Excel, Google Sheets, Plaid, Yahoo Finance and Google Maps. Small teams that need visual financial and operational modeling, collaboration and client-facing scenarios may find the breadth useful. Buyers seeking broad device flexibility should look elsewhere; so should teams wanting PRO capabilities without add-on costs or an entry paid tier priced below Solo Business.
