Welling is an AI nutrition coach for iPhone and Android from Welling AI Pte. Ltd., for people working toward weight loss, muscle gain or maintenance. Logging is conversational: describe a meal, snap a photo, send a voice note, or scan a nutrition label or barcode, and Welling estimates the calories and macros.
Welling builds an individual plan from a short intake form and the user's goal, uses dietary preferences for food tips, meal plans and recipes, and tracks fiber, sugar, sodium, water, steps, workouts and weight, with daily and weekly summaries. It connects with Apple Health to sync daily steps, workout data and weight, and its food data is powered by the fatsecret nutrition API. Welling reports more than 2 million food logs processed.
Welling is rated 4.8 out of 5 from about 1,500 ratings on the Apple App Store.
Premium is sold through the app stores: the App Store lists monthly, three-month and annual plans, among them $19.99 a month and $79.99 a year, and Welling describes a 7-day free trial.
Choose Welling for fast, conversational food logging with a personal plan and meal ideas on your phone.
