WeeksPro is a web-based management platform for Australian gyms, studios, dance schools, yoga businesses and martial arts academies. Its attendance tools support staff-led check-in by member name, with records for classes, open-gym visits and walk-ins. Beyond attendance, it brings together class scheduling, bookings, waitlists, memberships, billing, digital waivers, reporting, website building, email campaigns and a browser-based member portal for bookings, invoices and payments. It suits operators looking to manage attendance alongside wider day-to-day administration.
Pricing is structured around member capacity. Launchpad costs AUD 89 per month for up to 50 members; Growth is AUD 149 for up to 120; Professional is AUD 199 for up to 250; and Elite is AUD 279 for up to 500. Each of these monthly plans includes all features. Enterprise costs AUD 449 per month and adds a custom website, custom features and dedicated support. Launchpad, Growth and Professional also have annual prepay options with two months free. A 30-day free trial is available, and prices exclude GST. The plans offer a clear capacity-based progression, while the core feature set remains consistent across the first four tiers.
WeeksPro fits businesses that want attendance history and reporting connected to bookings, payments and member communications. Stripe and BECS direct debit support billing, while Stripe is listed as an integration. The member portal works in a browser on phones, tablets and desktops, but a branded mobile app is still in development. Attendance remains staff-driven: there is no member-facing self-check-in kiosk, and QR, kiosk and mobile check-in are not included. Choose WeeksPro for centralized administration and manual attendance workflows; choose an alternative if fast member-led entry or a dedicated mobile check-in experience is essential.
