WedgeHR is a browser-based platform for hiring teams that want structured, one-way video interviews. Recruiters can build reusable question playlists, invite candidates by email, SMS, or shareable link, and review recorded responses asynchronously. Response time, think time, retake controls, automated reminders, ratings, comments, and candidate collaboration support a consistent review process. It is aimed at organizations that need repeatable screening workflows, particularly larger teams with shared interview libraries.
The platform’s feature depth is concentrated in asynchronous screening. Its library includes more than 150 pre-recorded interview questions, while the interview builder supports reusable playlists. AI-generated summaries and candidate prioritization can help teams organize recorded responses, and transcripts are available on Pro and Custom plans. Candidate Signals, interview downloads, custom branding, and SMS invitations are added on Pro. Custom adds closed captions and AI controls, Google SSO and SAML, multiple brands, a dedicated success manager, and a custom contract and SLA. ATS connections include ADP, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever, and Jobvite, with browser extensions, Zapier, and developer API access extending the ecosystem fit.
