weclapp Cloud ERP brings finance, accounting, banking, invoicing, CRM, sales, purchasing, inventory, production, projects, and e-commerce integrations into one web-based system. It is aimed at startups, small and medium-sized businesses, and larger companies, with particular relevance for trade and services firms that sell through online stores or marketplaces. Support for multiple locations, subsidiaries, currencies, and tax rates also suits organizations with more involved operating structures. The platform is available through the web and API, with public-cloud hosting and an on-site private-cloud option through weclappOn.

Pricing starts with ERP Starter at €39 per user per month, billed monthly. It includes contact management, quotations and invoices, tasks and projects, accounting and banking, reporting, and e-invoicing. ERP Services adds CRM, calendars, campaigns, offer and order management, project management, and time tracking for €95 per user per month monthly or €86 annually. ERP Trade adds merchandise management, disposition and purchasing, warehouse management, serial and batch numbers, and production for €179 monthly or €163 annually. Enterprise includes all ERP Trade modules, workflow customization options, multiple-instance conditions, a dedicated account manager, and professional services under a customized quote. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.

The commerce ecosystem is a central reason to consider weclapp. Integrations include Shopware, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Kaufland.de, PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, Mailchimp, CleverReach, and Brevo. Its REST API provides read and write access for additional connections. Production capabilities include bills of materials, work plans, and production orders, while warehouse functions cover multiple warehouses and storage locations. Choose weclapp when finance, operations, commerce, and production need to share one system. A narrower product may suit teams that only need invoicing, basic CRM, or simple inventory management.
