WebinarGeek is browser-based webinar software for businesses, educators, marketers, and other organizations. It supports live, automated webinars using prerecorded video, and on-demand webinars without requiring desktop software downloads. Core capabilities include registration pages, embeddable forms, automatic recording, replay downloads, polls, audience Q&A, screen sharing, presentation uploads, video injection, email messages, and viewer, registration, attendance, and engagement statistics. Sales and marketing webinar teams are the clearest fit, especially when webinars support lead generation, education, or paid events.
The plan structure scales by audience size and operational requirements. Basic supports up to 50 viewers, one presenter, two-hour sessions, and live and on-demand webinars. Premium increases capacity to 1,000 viewers and adds automated webinars, marketing integrations, custom branding, and live captions. Enterprise supports up to 5,000 viewers and adds a custom domain, RTMP streaming, workspaces, included HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, and a dedicated customer success manager. WebinarGeek is a paid product with a 14-day trial, and paid webinars can use Stripe or Mollie.
Its ecosystem is a strong part of the offering. Integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive, Zapier, Mailchimp, Stripe, Mollie, Moneybird, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, an API, and webhooks. That gives teams options for CRM workflows, marketing automation, tracking, payments, and custom connections. Choose WebinarGeek if you need multiple webinar modes, built-in engagement and follow-up tools, or a path to larger audiences. Teams seeking a free webinar product or a smaller, simpler event tool should look elsewhere.
