WEBCON BPS is a low-code business process management platform for organizations that need to design, automate, operate, and analyze workflows. It brings together process modeling, configurable forms, business rules, workflow actions, timers, automations, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and process mining. The product is suited to IT teams, business users, and enterprise process teams across finance, HR, operations, sales, and IT. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support work across desktop, mobile, and connected business systems.

Its strongest distinction is the breadth of its process toolkit. In addition to workflow automation and form rules, WEBCON BPS includes process mining and bottleneck analysis, workflow analytics, REST API and SDK extensibility, and connections to external databases, REST, SOAP, and SharePoint data. Microsoft ecosystem fit is also a practical strength: integrations include Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and Active Directory, alongside MSSQL and Oracle. These capabilities make the platform relevant when process automation needs to sit within existing Microsoft-centered operations rather than operate as an isolated workflow tool.

The published plans show two licensing paths. Subscription includes Standard and Enterprise editions, Lite, Core, and Premium user tiers, unlimited applications, workflows, integrations, and automations, plus SaaS, private cloud, or on-premises deployment. Perpetual licensing is described separately and supports private cloud or on-premises deployment, with optional annual Software Assurance. Pricing is handled through contact with sales, while a 30-day free trial is available. Choose WEBCON BPS when process mining, mobile access, deployment flexibility, and Microsoft integrations matter together. A narrower tool may be a better fit for teams seeking only basic workflow automation or a self-service pricing model.
