Waypointer review
A route-focused choice for dungeon, mining, and secret-path planning.

Waypointer is an open-source, client-side Fabric mod for Hypixel Skyblock. It is designed for players who need organized waypoints and repeatable routes rather than a general-purpose minimap. Per-zone waypoint groups, ordered route editing, dungeon room support, secret-route planning, and Crystal Hollows structure detection give it a clear focus on navigation tasks inside specific Skyblock activities.
Its strongest area is route depth and ecosystem fit. Waypoints can be imported and exported across multiple mod formats, while integrations include Skytils, Skyblocker, SkyHanni, Coleweight, Soopy, Firmament, and Odin. Players can also share compact routes through chat, browse routes in-game, and access a community route catalog. Customizable waypoint visuals and shader support add presentation flexibility without changing the mod’s route-first purpose.
The trade-off is scope. Waypointer is documented as a waypoint and route mod, not a conventional minimap, so it is a better match for dungeon paths, mining routes, secret locations, and structure discovery than for broad world awareness. No verified entity radar, cave mapping, or map-shape options are provided. It supports Fabric and the listed game versions 26.1.2 and 26.2, and it requires Fabric Loader, Fabric API, and the Hypixel Mod API. Choose it for ordered route planning and shared Skyblock navigation; choose a different tool if a general minimap is the priority.
