Warp Benefits review
A priced benefits administration service with payroll automation and broad benefit coverage.

Warp Benefits combines benefits administration with Warp payroll and an in-house licensed insurance brokerage. It is aimed at employers that want one workflow for enrolling employees, syncing elections, calculating payroll deductions, and managing ongoing benefits administration. Supported programs include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), HSA, FSA, commuter, short- and long-term disability, AD&D, and voluntary life benefits. New hires can enroll during onboarding, while qualifying life events trigger enrollment windows.
Pricing is organized into three plans. Starter costs $35 per person per month, billed monthly or annually, and includes benefits in the plan without an added per-person benefits administration fee. Pro costs $50 per person per month on the same billing options and also includes benefits without an added per-person administration fee. Enterprise uses custom pricing and includes access to benefits brokerage without an added per-person software fee. Carrier premiums are paid separately. This structure suits small and mid-market employers comparing predictable administration charges, while organizations requiring a published enterprise price will need a tailored quote.
Operationally, Warp says carrier elections sync through EDI, payroll deductions and contributions are calculated automatically, premium reconciliation flags discrepancies, and COBRA notices are sent automatically. Benefit migration assistance covers EDI feeds and enrollment-data transfer. The service runs in the cloud through the web, with integrations listed for Human Interest, Accrue, Vestwell, and Thatch, plus 30 carrier connections recorded in its category specifications. Choose Warp Benefits when payroll integration, broad plan administration, and life-event workflows are priorities. Employers wanting a standalone benefits platform, a wider documented carrier network, or support beyond email should compare alternatives.
