Waresport Venue Management brings scheduling, reservations, memberships, payments, check-in and reporting together for sports facilities, clubs and multi-sport venue operators. Its shared calendar covers courts, fields, rinks, cages, lanes and studios across locations. The product is especially relevant to clubs coordinating facility bookings alongside leagues, lessons or other programs, rather than operators seeking a single-purpose reservation tool.

Scheduling is the central strength: conflict prevention spans staff reservations, public bookings, lessons, leagues and tournaments, while linked resource groups can represent connected or divided spaces. Public booking pages support open play, rentals and drop-in sessions; tournament and league schedules can be assigned to available courts or fields. Operators can set membership rates, booking windows and included hours, collect payments and deposits, and use iPad kiosk or QR check-in. Closures and maintenance blocks can trigger affected-booking notifications, and reminders can go by email, SMS or push. This breadth suits venues that want scheduling, member access and day-to-day facility operations in one system.

According to the vendor’s pricing page, standalone facility pricing is custom, based on facility size, booking volume and whether the operator also runs teams or programs; it has no athlete or member-count restrictions. The published monthly plans also show Team at $69.99 per month for core facility management and Club at $129.99 per month for court and field booking, open play, memberships and Pro Shop POS. Those club prices are reference points, not stated facility starting prices. Integrations include DUPR, Stripe, Google Meet, AWS, Discord and QuickBooks, and the product is available on web, iOS and Android. Clubs managing several spaces and programs may value the combined workflow; operators who need a known facility price before contacting sales may prefer another option.
